Yes. A typical engagement covers both. In practice, most clients need more work on the PEI than they expect — so we allocate time accordingly.

How long before first-round interviews should I start?
Four to six weeks for a proper preparation cycle. That said, an intensive two-week block before a final round is also useful — focused on the specific gaps rather than building from scratch.
I have no consulting experience. Is that a problem?
No. Many successful consulting candidates come from engineering, law, medicine, and finance. The PEI requires leadership stories, not consulting stories. We find those in whatever background you have.
Can you help with the "why consulting" question?
